Addressing both pro and con
May 27th, 2008There are several main points that people are making in response to DeidaExposed. All of the responses will be posted for your review. Names have been omitted although we have emailed those who responded to ask if they will give permission to be identified.
The following is a summary addressing the main issues.
1. I should not be using David’s work based on his business associations.
2. Making alliances with the Seduction community is going to benefit them and everyone.
3. Appreciation that the truth has been brought to light.
Addressing #1:
I want to be very clear that The Way of the Superior Man in particular, is the main reference source that I use for my coaching and people who sign on for coaching do so because they are, to some extent, familiar with the work. I took his teacher training to become more familiar with the material and I use it in my public presentations and workshops. All of this was mandated in the promises made in the teacher training.
To use a conservative analogy, if you are a member of the Catholic Church and you find out the priests are fooling around, do you stop reading the bible?
I am not questioning the value of the work, but rather the integrity of David’s associations with the seduction community and his Net2Bed producer.
Below is a quote from one of the many encouraging messages that have been sent as a result of the expose.
“I wanted to thank you for continuing to use his teachings, which I agree have so much truth and relevance in our world today, but also for passionately and actively taking action to protect women and men in regards to the truth.”
Addressing #2:
There can be doubt that the bright-burning spiritual message of which David speaks about will bring light to the world of the Seduction community. But his participation with some of the most blatant seduction masters and the fact that he has withheld this from the public make his motives suspicious.
Furthermore, if you search the internet, you will find that there are seduction workshops with the leaders now describing themselves as Deida trained experts. THEY are using the material as part of the pick up and seduce training. There is no saying that they wouldn’t have done this at some point in their travels but David’s involvement with them as well as using a producer with websites such as Net2Bed and Erotic Mastery underscores the fact that he has now formed an alliance that simply cannot be denied.
Even if just one seduction-minded student enters a workshop that is about the sacred feminine/ sacred masculine, and he is there to practice his stage 1 skills, what woman doesn’t have a right to know that?
For my part, I can no longer recommend this work to my clients. Instead of beating around the bush when they ask about doing a workshop, I chose to create DeidaExposed to explain why I have come to this conclusion. To have to go through all the details would be unmanageable. Thus DeidaExposed makes it clear and also serves as a warning to the unsuspecting participants.
Several responses have suggested that this is a waste of time. If that’s the case, then are we to say nothing about corruption, lies and deceit anywhere?
For sure Deida’s Net2Bed and Erotic Mastery producer is now emailing his PUA list promoting Deida’s work with loftier messages of masculine understanding, but he still sent out plenty of emails that had the tone of luring men into the Deida workshop for the purpose of finding “hot babes.” Easy for men to stick up for the rehabilitation of the seduction community, but put yourself in a woman’s place, especially if you don’t think of yourself as a “hot guy.”
One final note, among other details I received from friends, clients and colleagues who attend David’s workshops and intensives, there is always a significant imbalance of men and women. For some exercises, women have to work with women, and one has to take the masculine role. All the women I’ve heard from have expressed their displeasure with this. Just because the PUA community is all male doesn’t mean they should be a target audience for marketing.

Clearly the responses that agree with the site are mostly from women but there are a few from men. Perhaps take note of the writing style of these people, then take note of the style of those who see it otherwise.
